Returns
Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or buyer's remorse. Please ensure you review all product details before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we're here to help.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photos showing the damaged or defective product.
- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Once we review your claim, we will determine whether you qualify for a refund or replacement.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the carrier confirms that your package has been lost and it cannot be located, we will issue either:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement shipment at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind.
- Ordering the wrong item.
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- Delivery delays caused by customs, weather, or circumstances outside our control after the item has been dispatched.
